With more than forty five years experience, Jim is a recognized leader in the North American transportation, distribution and logistics industry. He has been President of Performance Logistics, iWheels Dedicated, and The Wheels Group of Companies. In 1983, he joined TNT and held various management roles, the last being President and CEO of TNT North America. He also held executive roles with Overland Express, Robin Transport, Texport and Logistics. Jim served on the TNT board representing North American operations in Europe for the Global Logistics Business as well as the TPG Board. Prior to moving into the service provider sector, Jim worked within the manufacturing industry with the Ford Motor Company in all aspects of logistics for seventeen years.

Since 1985, Jerald has worked as a financial intermediary in many industries in both financing and M&A. During the past 30 years, he has worked with the Management Consulting Branch of the Canadian government and McKinsey & Co. and was Manager of Project Finance and Acquisitions at Dome Petroleum. Jerald has an engineering physics degree from Queen’s University and an MS in operations research from Stanford University.

Andrew trained as a software engineer working in graphics and communications systems R&D for Marconi Space and Defence Systems and IBM Research and Development Labs. He did his Ph.D. in computer image recognition at the University of Southampton where he became a lecturer and led a research team in the area of multimedia and Internet technology. Since then he has worked in freelance consulting and training on Internet enabling technologies. Clients include Dell, Toronto Stock Exchange, Rogers Communications, EMI Music Distribution and the Federal Government.

John has a wealth of experience in the tech sector, from directing advanced R&D programs for the iconic Canadian firms Spar Aerospace and Bombardier Transportation to co-founding a technology startup and successfully managing it through its growth and sale. John was active in PRECARN/IRIS which provided R&D funding in Robotics and Intelligent Systems, and the Open Network Video Interface Forum (ONVIF) which develops technical standards in the security/surveillance industry. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and Queen’s University, Kingston.
