We are opening another office in Rochester

We are opening an office in Rochester in October to better serve businesses in upstate New York. Although this Rochester location is new, we have two decades of experience and client relationships in Rochester, Albany and Syracuse.

We often find that, while most clients have lawyers and CPAs, many are not experienced in handling acquisitions, divestitures or financings. We are looking to develop relationships with qualified firms we could introduce to our clients to fill these voids when needed.

We represent buyers, sellers and borrowers in mid-market transactions ($10 to $100 million in transaction value).

David Mosher, Managing Director - Northeast USA, will oversee this new office. He is part of CFA's Toronto regional advisory team. He ran CFA's office in Vermont from 1986 to 2003 and is a past partner and Board Member of CFA.

Rochester is part of the Toronto region group, which covers your geographic market. It will be supported by the full resources of the Toronto group and CFA's international operation.
